There are different possibilities for you to choose at checkout. If you are nearby to our London shop you are welcome to drop your items during our working hours. You can also self-ship your items direct to our shop. We will provide an address in your confirmation email to post your garments to. When we have completed the work we return your items by Royal Mail 48hr tracked.

The quote price is an estimated price, which will be determined with all relevant factors including, the condition of the item and other important factors such as materials required and fabrics. Super Alterations reserves the right to review and adjust the quoted price upon receiving the piece and in accordance with the complexity of the work. The payment must be completed before work on an item begins. We accept bank transfers.

We aim for a three work days turnaround time + 48 hours if you post your items, though it depends on the order size and what needs to be done. Sometimes we need to order materials like zips or other accessories which can slow down the operation. We are happy to provide an estimate on arrival if requested, and you can request the express service if you are in a hurry.

We recommend that for shortening the length like skirt, sleeves, trouser hems and others, you turn the hem over and pin the item with a single safety pin to show us precisely the new length you would like. You can also include an item for us to copy – for example, for a dress alteration, send us your best fitting dress to copy from. Alternatively, you can include measurements in the information box before you add the service to your basket.

Sporadically customers are not satisfied with the service, if you are frustrated when you receive your item back, please contact us straight away so we can understand and fix it if possible.
